Gobi vandhadha mudhalil....

Man!! Absolutely no kodumais!! Professionally, lots..aana not worth mentioning, but absolutely none on the personal front! Train ellam correct time-ku odudhu, meeting ellam correct-a attend panren, memory-um achariyama nalla velai seyyudhu...something terribly wrong in the Usha.exe program. All perfect and no kodumai makes Usha inactive :(

So tortoise coil categorydhan innaikum. This happened when I was in my first job. Naanga oru periya team, and appapo team lunch-nu poiduvom. Our team consisted of 3 herbivores(naan utpada) and the rest were carnivores, and the carnivores team would have nothing but non-veg...oru pechuku kooda veg sapidarom-nu othuka mattanga.

We had a chinese restaurant next to our workplace, and angadhan mukkavasi poi nippom. On one fateful day, we decided to place a takeaway order and have it in our cafeteria. Aniku-nu parthu, one herbivore wasnt there and one of the carnivores had some viradham. Naanga surusurupa fried rice, Gobi manchurian, and pala oorvana parappana neendhuvana nadappana-nu order pannittom.

Ellam vandhadhu, and table full-a ellam parappi vachuttu, the herbivore minority (3 - 2 all time herbivores and 1 temporary) sat together and the others happily settled themselves around. Oru aniyayam ennana, carnivores can have both kinds of food, whereas poor us can have only one option - enna aniyayam parunga! Anyways, we took our meagre food, and when it came to having Gobi Manchurian, we told the carnivores not to put their spoon in the dish and to use a common spoon to serve for everyone. (Naanga avalo suthamama!!)..andha pasangalum chamatha appadiye pannanga.

Super-a irundhadhu food, especially the GM. Naan almost padhi dabba gaali panten, and the others shared the remaining half..that was the first time I had Gobi Manchurian, so I was falling in love with it. Saptute irundhoma...appo thideernu carnivores side-lerndhu oru kural varudhu - "hey!! This doesnt taste like Gobi manchurian, I think this is chicken!!"

Appodhan naan oru piece eduthu vai-la pottu mokkitirundhen..appadiye vai-kulla pause aayiduchu ella activity-um. Ennada pesara-nu andha payyana naan adhirchi-oda parka, andha payyan nalla andha piece piratti parthu mathavangaluku zoology lab-la specimen autopsy panra range-ku kattitirukan, "See how fleshy it is, it is so soft" adhu idhu-nu!! Ada paavigala, ithanai neram mokkineengale, oruthanavadhu vayai thirandhu sollirukalame..oruthi ippadi half the dabba gali panrale, munnadiye solvom-nu thonudha ungaluku? At the end of it, everyone started laughing at us mocking at our "spoon" rule :(...and when we enquired, the dish turned out to be Garlic chicken! padika theriyadha chef ellam vachitu enya engalai kodumai paduthareenga?!

Idhaivida enna kodumaina, when I went home and told my Mom (ellathaiyum poi amma kitta solra nalla kuzhandai naan), she told me not to touch her for the next 3 days :(
